Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the original invoice.
Perishable goods, opened personal care items, and customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
